The invention belongs to the field of lithium ion batteries and relates to an acrylonitrile copolymer adhesive and application thereof in lithium ion batteries. The acrylonitrile copolymer adhesive structurally comprises, by weight, 78-95% of an acrylonitrile unit, 1-10% of an acrylate unit and 2-15% of an acrylamide unit. Acrylate monomers, high-polarity acrylamide monomers or acrylate monomers are added into acrylonitrile monomers serving as a main material to implement copolymerization, so that high adhesive power or intermolecular force of acrylonitrile polymer molecules is kept while a polymer adhesive film is given flexibility, electrolyte affinity and appropriate swelling degree in electrolyte to adapt to periodical volumetric changes of electrode active materials along with embedding / escaping of lithium ions in a charging and discharging process, and energy density and cycle performance of the lithium ion batteries are improved.

Provided is a flame retardant adhesive composition including (A) a halogen-free epoxy resin, (B) a thermoplastic resin and/or a synthetic rubber, (C) a curing agent, (D) a nitrogen-containing polyphosphate compound, and (E) a curing accelerator. Further provided are a process for producing the adhesive sheet, a process for producing the coverlay film, and a process for producing the flexible copper-clad laminate. The halogen-free adhesive composition yields a cured product, on curing, that exhibits excellent flame retardancy and anti-migration properties. The composition can be used for producing an adhesive sheet, a coverlay film, and a flexible copper-clad laminate. The adhesive sheet can be used for a method of bonding two substrates.

The invention relates to a single-component ultraviolet light self-crosslinking type acrylate copolymer emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive and a synthetic method thereof as well as an application thereof; the emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared from the following components in parts by weight through the thermal polymerization and synthesis of a free-radical emulsion: 0.02-4 of ultraviolet light active monomer, 2-20 of light crosslinking functional monomer, 15-40 of other single functionality monomer, 0.2-3 of emulsifying agent, 0.04-0.8 of initiator, 0.02-0.3 of chain transferagent, 0-2 of pH regulator and 50-80 of dispersed medium. The emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive product is coated on a base material of a product to be coated; and after a solvent is volatile, thelight crosslinking is carried out on the coated product in an ultraviolet light curing device. Compared with the prior art, the single-component ultraviolet light self-crosslinking type acrylate copolymer emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive has the advantages of having stronger cohesive force, better initial adhesion and ideal persistent persistent adhesivity, containing no small molecular compounds, forming no toxic by-products, being capable of adapting to different application requirements, being stable in property and the like.

Water-soluble adhesive for lithium ion battery, preparation method for water-soluble adhesive, electrode sheet and battery

The invention discloses a water-soluble adhesive for a lithium ion battery, a preparation method for the water-soluble adhesive, an electrode sheet and a battery. The invention is to solve the technical problems of improving the high-temperature storage and high-temperature cycle performance of the lithium ion battery and reducing the cost. The water-soluble adhesive for the lithium ion battery provided by the invention comprises, in percentages by mass, 5-75% of a monomer as shown in a formula 1 which is described in the specification, 1-35% of a monomer as shown in a formula 2 which is described in the specification and 5-65% of a monomer as shown in a formula 3 which is described in the specification, wherein the monomers constitute a multipolymer. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: mixing the monomer as shown in the formula 1, the monomer as shown in the formula 2 and the monomer as shown in the formula 3 so as to obtain a solution, adding an initiator so as to obtain a polymerization product, and carrying out neutralizing with an aqueous alkali solution so as to obtain the water-soluble adhesive for the lithium ion battery. The invention relates to a lithium ion battery electrode sheet, a lithium ion battery and a lithium ion battery water-soluble adhesive. Compared with the prior art, the water-soluble adhesive provided by the invention has good dispersing performance and slurry stability, facilitates improving the bonding strength, is endowed with certain high-temperature resistance due to a low electrolyte swelling characteristic, and is simple in preparation method and low in cost.

Trough-edge building panel and method of manufacture

Disclosed herein is a trough-edge building panel used in the fabrication of panelized wall systems with elastomeric joints that are resistant to cracking. The panels are preferably fiber cement. The front surface of each panel has a trough adjacent to an edge of the panel. Panels are fastened to a frame with the trough-edges adjacent to each other. A joint tape is applied to the seam between the panels such that the edges of the joint tape fall within the troughs of the adjacent panels. The wall is then finished with an elastomeric finish. Also disclosed is a method of manufacturing the trough-edge panels.
