The invention discloses a preparation method of a
sea anemone wine. The method comprises the following steps: (a) selecting Cereus sinensis which is healthy, strong in activity and free of damage, washing with disinfected
seawater, and temporarily breeding in the disinfected
seawater with a temperature of 18-30 DEG C for 72 hours, so that the Cereus sinensis can fully
discharge digestion residues in intestines; (b) taking out the clean Cereus sinensis, putting into a water tank filled with a
solid-type liquid, staying for 20-30 minutes, and taking out the Cereus sinensis when tentacles of the Cereus sinensis have no
spontaneous reaction if touched; (c) rinsing with
clean water for the Cereus sinensis with fixed shapes, draining, and immersing with high-degree grain liquor for half a month; and (d) taking the Cereus sinensis immersed by the liquor, washing away
skin of the Cereus sinensis with
clean water, filtering the high-degree grain liquor which have immersed the Cereus sinensis, filling into a container, adding the treated Cereus sinensis, shaping, sealing, and preserving at cool and dark places. The prepared
sea anemone wine has no residual toxins, the
sea anemone in the
wine is good in shape, and the wine can be used for
blood pressure lowering and
blood clotting, has
analgesic effects on cardiac nerves and muscles, as well as medicinal values for tranquillize and calming, pain relieving,
aging resistance and
cancer resistance.
