The invention belongs to the technical field of preparing hydrocarbons from low-carbon-atom hydrocarbons through partial
combustion and particularly relates to a method of preparing
acetylene by partial oxidization of
natural gas. The method includes steps of: (A) respectively feeding
oxygen and
natural gas into a preheating furnace for preheating and feeding the
mixed gas into a
mixing chamber ofan
acetylene reaction furnace, and feeding the
mixed gas into a
combustion chamber of the
acetylene reaction furnace for reaction, the reaction being terminated through water
quenching; (B) enablingthe cracked gas containing acetylene successively to pass through the lower section of a
cooling tower, an electric dust remover and the upper section of the
cooling tower and to be fed into an acetylene concentrating
system by means of a compressor; (C) feeding
carbon black liquid generated in the acetylene reaction furnace, the electric dust remover and the
cooling tower into a
carbon black liquid header
pipe, and feeding the
carbon black liquid into a vacuum stripping column to remove the organic gas therein, and feeding the carbon black liquid into an opened carbon black tank, and coolingthe treated carbon black liquid in a hyperbolic cooling
tower. The method is suitable for a production process with
high oxygen ratio and the opened carbon black tank.
