coal water
slurry by long-distance pipeline
coal transportation.
Raw material coal from a
coal storage storehouse is firstly transported to a crushing workshop by a reshipment belt, is crushed to be less than 6mm by a crushing
machine, and is transported to a storehouse matching scratch board by a
tail coal belt to enter into a
cushion storehouse before
grinding; the coal in the
cushion storehouse before
grinding is transported to a coal
grinding machine by a quantitative coal feeder to be ground in a water adding way, prescreened, and transported into a safety
sieve to be classified in an examining way after being ground into
slurry, wherein the oversize product of the coal is transported into a
slurry returning tank, the slurry in the slurry returning tank is transported back to the coal grinding
machine to be ground by a slurry returning tank pump, and the screen underflow of the coal enters into a
coal slurry cushioning tank to be transported to a slurry storing tank to be stored by a
coal slurry cushioning tank pump; and an inlet end of the coal grinding machine is communicated with a water feed
metering pump, and the slurry storing tank is provided with a stirring device. The
system device is simple in technology, high in
automaticity, and stable in the slurry, the slurry can be obtained by grinding and screening the
raw material coal and the water in proportion under the normal-temperature condition, the slurry can realize the long-distance pipeline transportation, and the water is easy to remove. The
system device can be widely used for the pipeline transportation slurry industry.
