The invention discloses an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for indirectly detecting pirimiphos-methyl. An artificial antigen obtained by coupling bovine serum albumins with 2-diethylamino-6-methyl-4-pyrimidinol is used as an immunogen, and an artificial antigen obtained by coupling chicken ovalbumins with 2-diethylamino-6-methyl-4-pyrimidinol is used as a coating antigen. An experimental animalis immunized by virtue of an artificial immunogen, and an antibody specifically aiming at pirimiphos-methyl hydrolysate is generated by the body of the animal and is capable of specifically recognizing the pirimiphos-methyl hydrolysate, namely the 2-diethylamino-6-methyl-4-pyrimidinol and can be used for indirectly determining the content of the pirimiphos-methyl in foods after hydrolysis of raw farm chemicals. According to the method, the detection limit is 3.2ng / mL, the 50% inhibiting concentration (IC50) is 23.42ng / mL, the linear detection range is 6.09ng / mL-90.07ng / mL, and the curve correlation coefficient is 0.9996. The method is high in specificity, high in sensitivity, simple and convenient and has a wide application prospect in residue detection of the pirimiphos-methyl in foods.

Method for synthesizing aluminum-rich * MRE zeolite molecular sieve in one step by using organic template agent

The invention relates to the field of preparation of zeolite molecular sieves, and aims to provide a method for synthesizing an aluminum-rich * MRE zeolite molecular sieve in one step by using an organic template agent. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing a silicon source with deionized water and a diethyldimethylammonium hydroxide aqueous solution, then adding an aluminum source, and finally adding solid sodium salt and potassium salt; fully stirring for 12 hours and then putting the mixture into a reaction kettle; and carrying out a crystallization reaction at 160-200 DEG C for 24-168 h, washing the reaction product with deionized water, and drying the reaction product at 80 DEG C for at least 12 h to obtain the aluminum-rich * MRE zeolite molecular sieve. Accordingto the invention, cheap diethyldimethylammonium hydroxide is used as an organic template agent to synthesize the aluminum-rich * MRE zeolite molecular sieve in one step, the crystallization time is short, and the method has important significance in the field of actual chemical production. The minimum silica-alumina ratio of the obtained aluminum-rich * MRE zeolite molecular sieve can reach 19.2,so that enough acid strength can be provided for the reaction.

Polyether-ether-ketone has good temperature resistance, hydrolysis resistance, compression strength and corrosion resistance, has a low friction coefficient and has wear fastness, tungsten disulfide has high compression strength and high oxidation resistance, and very low friction coefficient, and polyether-ether-ketone and tungsten disulfide are used to modify polytetrafluoroethylene as fillers, so the obtained composite material reserves the lubrication performance of polytetrafluoroethylene, improves the dimension stability, the compression strength and the wear resistance of polytetrafluoroethylene, and has a greatly higher thermal deformation temperature than a pure polytetrafluoroethylene material, thereby requirements of the material of the retainer by long life bearings are met.

The dye molecule belongs to pure organic compounds, the structure of the materials is simple and is easy to be obtained; expensive materials of metal of Ru and purifying agent of polydextrose do not need to use, the compound yield is higher, so the total yield is between 40 percent and 70 percent; besides, the performance of spectral absorption and molar extinction coefficient and the like of the dye are excellent; and the peak value of the spectral absorption is over 550nm at the most, the molar extinction coefficient is over 48000M<-1>cm<-1>, the peak value and the coefficient are more than the Ru dye, therefore, the dye has wider absorption range to the sunlight. The dye-sensitized solar cell prepared by the organic dye has the maximum of quantum conversion efficiency of 97 percent and the highest photoelectric conversion efficiency of more than 8.0 percent.
