UV LED Curing Apparatus with Improved Housing and Switch Controller

The present invention is related to an UV LED curing apparatus, and more particularly, to an UV LED curing apparatus with improved housing and switch controller. The UV LED curing apparatus of the present invention is preferably provided for curing UV hardening gel applied onto the nails of multiple fingers or toes all at once and with automatic controls; the UV LED curing apparatus comprises a light reflective inner casing enclosing a curing chamber having a front opening, an outer casing detachably attached to the inner casing and an UV LED light source disposed on the inner casing and capable of providing an illumination covering a large space in the curing chamber. The automatic controls of the apparatus may be achieved by a switch controller having a photo interrupter, timer and current regulator such that the UV light from the UV LED light source is triggered to an on-state by the sensor of the photo interrupter and switched to an off-state by the timer and current regulator with reference to a preset curing time automatically. The UV LED light source is preferably to be of a wavelength between 360 nm and 460 nm. The light reflective inner casing is preferably provided as an effective UV light reflector and as a supporting substrate of the UV LED light source while being capable of transmitting heat from the UV LED light source away for further heat dissipation to the ambient by the outer casing. The outer casing is detachably attached to the inner casing and allows a greater user interaction for decorative and entertainment purposes while also being a protective and heat dissipation means.

Wind Power Plant Comprising Individual Pitch Devices

Provided herein is a wind energy installation including a generator for production of electrical energy, a rotor which drives the generator and has variable pitch rotor blades and a central control device, and individual pitch devices provided individually for the rotor blades. The individual pitch devices may include an adjustment drive, a communication link to the central control device and a regulator, the rotor blades being adjustable in order to slow down the wind energy installation to a shut-down position. The individual pitch devices may also include a disturbance situation detector which is designed to identify abnormal operating states and to move the rotor blades to a shut-down position. Also provided herein is the method of operating such a wind energy installation.

Needle-less injector and method of fluid delivery

A needle-less injector device for delivering a dose of fluid intradermally, subcutaneously or intramuscularly to an animal or human. The device includes an inner housing having opposed ends. A syringe is disposed in one end of the inner housing. The syringe includes a nozzle for delivering a dose of fluid held within the syringe. A plunger is movably disposed within the syringe. A spring powered hammer is movably disposed within the inner housing. The hammer cooperates with the plunger to drive the dose of medicament from the nozzle. An injection delivery spring for powering the hammer is positioned and compressed between the other end of the inner housing and the spring powered hammer. An outer housing slideably supports the inner housing. A skin tensioning spring is mounted between the inner housing and the outer housing, the skin tensioning spring biasing the nozzle of the syringe against the animal or human. A trigger mechanism is disposed in the outer housing, the trigger mechanism cooperating with the spring powered hammer to release the injection delivery spring, wherein the size of the injection delivery spring and the length of the hammer dictate the amount of dose delivered and whether the dose is delivered intradermally, subcutaneously or intramuscularly to an animal or human.

The invention discloses an absorbable haemostatic material of a modified starch and a preparation method thereof. The haemostatic material is etherified modified starch or a composition which is formed by one or two or more than two of the etherified modified starch, cross-linked and composite modified starch, with a molecular weight of 15,000 to 2,000,000, a grain diameter of 10-1000Mu m and a water absorbency of 1 time to 100 times. The modified starch absorbable haemostatic material has the advantages that: the haemostatic material with biocompatibility is directly applied to bloody surface of wound to stop bleeding immediately, obviously increase the water absorbency and the water absorbing speed and have more viscosity and viscidity, thereby simultaneously blocking up damaged tissues and blood vessels while stopping bleeding. The haemostatic material is easy to swell or dissolve in water and after stopping bleeding, normal saline is used for washing to eliminate the haemostatic material not participating in stopping bleeding, thus reducing residues in the body, being beneficial to wound healing, and avoiding pains caused by unclosing pledget and bandage. The haemostatic material has the physical and chemical properties of stability, difficult decomposition, long guarantee period, convenient storage, high pressure resistance, low pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance and difficult change.

The objectives of the invention are to improve efficiency and safety of intelligent automobile test. The method comprises steps of firstly acquiring track data of an automobile driven by a driver, interception data of an automatic driving system and planed track data (wherein theintelligent automobile fails to execute the planed track at this moment); then comparing an actual track and the planned track, and searching whether there is a remarkably different scene between thetwo tracks; and then, through the interception information of the intelligent automobile, reconstructing the scene, carrying scene replaying and simulating prediction, calculating safety of the two tracks and evaluating the safety of the tracks. According to the invention, there is no need to use an automatic driving system to control the automobile; and as long as the intelligent automobile runson a road (i.e., a driver is operating the automobile), the test and the experiment can be carried out.
