The display panel is provided with a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area. The non-display area is provided with a regular area and a special-shaped area. The regular area comprises grid electrode driving units. The special-shaped area does not comprise grid electrode driving units. Under the situation that the number of the grid electrode driving units is kept unchanged, the grid electrode driving units located in an area with the arc-shaped edge are moved to a straight-edge area of the regular area, thus the wiring complexity of the special-shaped area can be reduced, the occupied space is reduced, the size of a frame of the arc-shaped area is decreased, peripheral wiring is conducted advantageously, and a narrow frame is arranged advantageously.
