The invention provides a split
abdominal cavity puncture device for a
ventricle-peritoneal
shunting operation. The split
abdominal cavity puncture device is composed of a needle core made of a medical plastic material and a split sleeve and has a length of 8 to 30cm; the needle core has a length of 7.5 To 27cm and a
diameter of 0.3 to 0.8cm, the
tail portion of the needle core is provided with a
handle with a
diameter of 2 to 4cm and a length of 2 to 4cm, an upper disc is provided with antiskid patterns which facilitates holding during
puncturing for powerful
puncturing, and the head portion of the upper disc is in the shape of a sharp three
diamond which facilitates penetration of a

tail portion of the split sleeve are provided with two handles in parallel, when the handles are pulled forcefully, the split sleeve can be easily split, and the head portion of the split sleeve is polished and dulled so that secondary damage is not caused during the puncturing. The split
abdominal cavity puncture device provided by the invention is used for the
ventricle-peritoneal
shunting operation. Compared to a conventional
abdomen opening and tube arrangement operation, the
operation time is greatly shortened, the possibility of complications is reduced, the operation is simple and safe, the operation success rate is high, no complications are caused, and the popularization is facilitated.
