The invention relates to the technical field of production equipment for sheet glasses, and in particular relates to a sheet-glass tank furnace structure with an independent clarifying part and an adjusting method of the sheet-glass tank furnace structure. The sheet-glass tank furnace structure comprises a melting part, the clarifying part, necks and a cooling part. The sheet-glass tank furnace structure is characterized in that the melting part, the clarifying part and the cooling part are provided with mutually-independent structures and are intercommunicated by narrow necks. According to the sheet-glass tank furnace structure with the independent clarifying part, the special parameter setting can be implemented based on the independence of a space of the independent clarifying part, such as temperature, pressure and gas requirement, so that the influence of the fluctuation of the parameters of other working areas to a clarifying area can be reduced or avoided; e.g. the clarifying area can be independently treated by pumping air so as to form a negative pressure area, the operation at negative pressure is beneficial for discharging microbubbles in glass melt, and the benefit is provided for producing high-quality glass, ultrathin glass and other special glasses; and the clarifying part is separated from a molten part of the tank furnace, thus the length of a wide section of the tank furnace can be reduced, and the benefit is provided for designing a sheet-glass tank furnace with higher production capacity.
