The invention relates to anti-fatigue anti-aging compound capsules containing
sea cucumber peptides and
oyster peptides. The components in each 500mg of
capsule contents are as follows: 200-300mg of
sea cucumber peptides, 100-200mg of
oyster peptides, 50-100mg of maca extractive, 50-100mg of
polygonatum sibiricum
rhizome extractive, and 5-10mg of
astaxanthin. A preparation method comprises weighing raw materials according to proportioning, conducting uniform mixing, conducting sieving with a 100-mesh

powder, and then filling

meal trials, the compound capsules can obviously relieve
fatigue symptoms including fatigue, hypodynamia, soreness of waists and legs, and sexualhypofunction. The trials indicate that the compound capsules have good anti-fatigue and anti-aging effects, and have no
side effect on human bodies, and can be taken for a long term.
