The invention discloses an anti-vibration and anti-interference cable comprising an external insulating layer. A fireproof isolation layer, a thin aluminum
powder layer, a
metal protective layer and a
silicon rubber internal sheath are arranged in the internal side of the insulating layer in turn. The
silicon rubber internal sheath is internally provided with an aperture of which the cross section is circular. The aperture is internally provided with a "cross"-shaped
silicon rubber compression resistant strip. The positions of the four corners of the
silicon rubber compression resistant strip are provided with conductor cavities. Each conductor cavity is internally provided with a cable core. The cable core is provided with a
copper aluminum double conductor layer, a
copper plastic composite tape, an insulating
isolation layer and an external shielding layer which are arranged from inside to outside. The middle position of the
silicon rubber compression resistant strip is provided with a compression-resistant cavity. The gaps of the positions of the four corners of the
silicon rubber compression resistant strip are provided with extruding strips which are simultaneously contacted with the silicon rubber internal sheath and the silicon rubber compression resistant strip. Each cable core is composed of the
copper aluminum double conductor layer, the copper plastic composite tape, the insulating
isolation layer and the external shielding layer which are arranged from inside to outside through twisting.
Electromagnetic interference between the cable cores of the same cable can be prevented by the copper plastic composite tape and the external shielding layer so that the
shielding effect between the cable cores can be realized. Besides,
crosstalk between the cables can be effectively shielded by the
metal protective layer so that
crosstalk can be reduced.
