The invention discloses a
sintering method for preparing
boron ore
powder. The
sintering method comprises the following steps: carrying out fine
grinding on ore
powder, namely, adding an aqueous
polymer which accounts for 3-5% of the weight of
boron ore
powder,
furfural residues which accounts for 10-20% of the weight of
boron ore powder, a
gallic acid which accounts for 0.3-0.5% of the weight of boron ore powder, and
coal ash which accounts for 10-20% of the weight of boron ore powder, and uniformly mixing and carrying out fine
grinding; (2) preparing
spherulite; (3)
sintering, namely,
coating the surface of
spherulite with a layer of fuel, feeding the
spherulite into a sintering
machine, allocating materials, wherein the material layer height is 600-700mm, an atomization spraying device is adopted to add
moisture to the sintered mixed material in the allocation procedure of the sintering
machine, a small water allocation amount is adopted to middle and upper allocated materials in the upper mixed material layer of the sintering
machine, the
moisture is 5-6%, a large water allocation amount is adopted in the lower allocated material of the material layer, and the
moisture is 7-8%,
drying, preheating, igniting and sintering to prepare sintered ore, and cooling, crushing and screening sintered ore, thereby obtaining a finished product sintered ore of which the
granularity is 10-20mm. The method for preparing boron ore powder is simple in process, by fine
grinding and activating boron ore powder, the
reaction temperature can be reduced, an average heating method is adopted in the sintering procedure, the strength and the yield of sintering ore can be improved, and the consumption of
solid fuel can be reduced.
