pipe sleeved with an inner cavity of the shell, a center shaft, a saw blade and a pen. An inversion-preventing device preventing a form roll from being inversed is arranged between the inner
pipe and the center shaft. An inner
pipe through groove for the form roll to penetrate out is formed in the inner pipe in the length direction. A saw tooth edge of the saw blade is arranged at the position of the inner pipe through groove. A shell through hole for the form roll to penetrate out is formed in the position, corresponding to the inner pipe through groove, of the shell. The pen is arranged in a hollow inner cavity of the center shaft, and the
tail portion of the pen stretches out of the
tail cover. The pen is detachably connected with the side wall of the fixing frame. The inversion-preventing device is composed of a
ratchet wheel installed at the upper portion of the center shaft in a sleeving manner, an elastic piece arranged in a groove in the inner wall of the inner pipe and matched with the
