sintering machine. The method comprises the following steps that materials enter a heat preservation section for heat preservation after being ignited by an ignition furnace device; after heat preservation, the materials are conveyed to a
fuel gas injection unit for injecting
fuel gas, the starting point of the injection initial section of the
fuel gas injection unit is 4-5 min of
sintering, and the end point of the fuel gas injection initial section is 5-7.5 min of
sintering; the materials pass through the fuel gas injection unit and then enter a fuel gas steam
coupling unit, the starting point of a
steam injection initial section of the fuel gas steam
coupling injection unit is the 8-9 min of sintering, and the end point of the
steam injection initial section is the 9-11 min of sintering; and the
gas concentration of the gas injection initial section adopts an incremental gradient ratio, and the steam concentration of the
steam injection initial section adopts an incremental gradient ratio. The fuel gas injection initial section is within the range, the arrangement is reasonable, the ignition phenomenon is avoided, and the sintering effect is enhanced. The steam injection initial section is within the range, so that the air permeability of a material layer can be improved, the
burnup can be reduced, and a formed
combustion zone is not easy to extinguish.
