The invention relates to a soft
package battery and a manufacturing process therefor. The process comprises the following steps: manufacturing an electrical core, wherein the electrical core comprises an electrical core body and exposed a positive
electrode lug and a negative
electrode lug; forming a PCB connecting plate, wherein the PCB connecting plate comprises two side frames and a plurality of PCB plates connected into one body, the PCB plates are arranged in parallel, and the two ends of each PCB plate are connected with the two side frames;
cutting the PCB connecting plate to
cut off the materials among the PCB plates, and meanwhile,
cutting the connection places between each PCB plate and the two side frames while keeping reserved connecting points,
cutting the four corners of each PCB plate into chamfering, wherein the
radius of the chamfering is greater than 2 mm; separating each PCB plate from the
cut PCB connecting plate, taking the PCB plates out, then
welding and connecting the PCB plates on the positive
electrode lug and the negative electrode plate, and packaging and forming. By cutting the PCB connecting plate into multiple PCB plates, keeping the connecting points and cutting the four corners of each PCB plate into chamfering, the battery is effectively protected, the product quality is improved and the production cost is reduced.
