MSW disposal process and apparatus using gasification

A system for disposing of municipal solid waste provides commercially-available equipment that is modified to initially remove identifiable unwanted components from the waste, and then chop the waste into small pieces of a size suitable for handling, separation and combustion. The moisture content of the waste is reduced in a closed system by passing dry air through the waste in a confined space to absorb moisture and produce moist air, which is then dehumidified via refrigeration equipment. The dehumidified air is recycled through the waste repeatedly through the closed system until the water content has reached the predetermined amount. The waste is stored in a bunker for later use or is immediately combusted in a two-step process by first gasifying the dried waste to produce combustible syngas and then immediately or later combusting the gas in a gas turbine or other engine to produce electricity that is partly used to power the process and partly sold commercially.

A system for providing air from a multi-stage to a turbine includes a turbine having a high pressure input port and a low pressure input port. The system also includes a compressor having at least one high pressure extraction air output and at least one low pressure extraction air output. A valve is fluidly connected to the at least one high pressure extraction air output, at least one low pressure extraction air output and low pressure input port of the turbine. The valve is selectively operated to fluidly connect the at least one low pressure extraction air output with the low pressure input port during normal operating conditions and fluidly connect the at least one high pressure extraction air output and the low pressure input port during a turn down condition or below design temperature operation to enhance turbine engine performance.

A apparatus for forming a brake actuator that includes a flange case defining a peripheral groove circumscribing a push rod movable axially in relation to the flange case whereby the push rod presents a push rod guide bushing on the bearing surfaces of the push rod guide bushing being in contact with a seal. An automatic manipulator of the apparatus moves in multi-axial directions relative the flange case. A tucking tool of the automatic manipulator holds the seal. The tool includes at least two members movable relative to one another. First member rotates around the axis of the tucking tool and presents a tucking surface for forcing the seal into the peripheral groove of the flange case. Second member gradually injects the seal into the peripheral groove and pushed the seal into the back wall of the peripheral groove.

The present invention is to provide a method of remotely tripping one of a plurality of blade servers in a rack, each of the blade servers being coupled to a network switch which is in turn coupled to a computer system in a console which, when one of the blade servers is to be replaced, performs the steps of reading an input instruction of tripping a latch used for fastening each of the blade servers to the rack; sending the input instruction to the blade server via the network switch; and causing the blade server to trip the latch from the rack, enabling the management employee to quickly find the location of one blade server to be replaced by identifying each of the latch tripped from the rack in a crowded computer room.

The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: manufacturing the stone crystal base plate, manufacturing the stone crystal decorative plate, performing surface treatment of the stone crystal decorative plate, cutting and slotting the stone crystal floor, packaging and warehousing. According to the mode, the composite floor made is prepared from the polyvinyl chloride resin, calcium carbonate and other main raw materials by high polymer modifying and high temperature extruding, no glue and no keel backing are needed in the processing process, and the stone crystal floor is free of aldehyde, environment-friendly, waterproof, fireproof, suitable for floor heating, and pollution and acid and alkali-resistant, and has good wear resistance.
