The invention discloses a dual-pipeline hydraulic safety valve comprising a valve body, a left valve core component, a right valve core component and a piston. The valve body is provided with a pressure fluid inlet, a left pressure fluid outlet, a right pressure fluid outlet and a through passage, and the left and right pressure fluid outlets are connected to two ends of the through passage and communicated with the pressure fluid inlet through the through passage.
