The invention discloses a recycled aggregate water permeable
brick which comprises a base layer structure and a
surface layer structure. The base layer structure accounts for 91% of the overall thickness of the water permeable
brick, and the
surface layer structure accounts for 9% of the thickness of the water permeable
brick. The base layer structure is prepared from the following components in percentage by
mass: 50-60 percent of waste recycled aggregate broken from an old road concrete layer, 5-10 percent of
cement, 5-0 percent of DHT, 5-15 percent of water, 20-30 percent of sand and 1 percent of composite reinforcing agent A; and the
surface layer structure is composed of the following components in percentage by
mass: 1-5% of a cementation
enhancer B, 3-5% of a heat reflection material, 10-20% of
quartz sand, 50-60% of
cement and 10-30% of water. According to the scheme, the recycled aggregate water permeable brick which is high in water permeability, high in strength, high in fracture resistance, free of
radiation, resistant to alkali and attractive is obtained while the problem of
waste disposal of the old road concrete demolition is solved, the
ecological environment is protected and the requirements of
sponge city construction are met.
