The invention relates to micro-bubble purifying apparatus and a micro-bubble purifying method. When gas enters the micro-bubble purifying apparatus, the gas is uniformly distributed under the action of a first-layer gas
distributor, and enters a purifying chamber through holes of the first-layer gas
distributor so as to form relatively tiny liquid bubbles; and then, the liquid bubbles ascend so asto capture most of dust due to contact of the dust with liquid membranes of
liquid bubble walls of the liquid bubbles. When the gas passes through a second-layer gas
distributor, speed of the liquidbubbles passing through plate holes increases, so that
cutting effects on the liquid bubbles are enhanced so as to further break the liquid bubbles to form dust-capturing micro-bubbles; at the same time,
cavitation effects and mechanical actions of
ultrasound are utilized when
cutting is performed on the liquid bubbles by the second-layer gas distributor, so that high-frequency vibration acts on surface walls of the micro-bubbles to break part of the micro-bubbles further; and thus, contact rate of the liquid membranes with
particulates is increased due to vibration of surfaces of part of themicro-bubbles, so that contact frequency of
smoke with the
liquid bubble walls is improved so as to enhance gas-liquid mixing effects. Finally, fine dust in the
smoke fully contacts with purifying
liquid bubble walls so as to reduce escape probability, so that purification effects on fine dust is achieved.
