sewage treatment equipment, and particularly relates to a gas-liquid-
solid three-phase separator. A main body structure comprises a tank body, folded inclined plates, gas-water-
sludge mixed flowing gaps, gas-water-
sludge separating zones, clear water gaps,
sludge collecting zones, gas collecting zones, clear water zones, a water outlet
ditch, sludge reflowing pipes, a
reaction zone and
biogas pipes; by adoption of a shallow-layer
sedimentation theory, the folded inclined plates squeeze and diffuse gas-water-sludge mixed liquid flowingup into the three-phase separator from the
anaerobic reaction zone through the gas-water-sludge mixed flowing gaps,
biogas is collected in the gas collecting zones and discharged through the
biogas pipes, sludge and air-free sludge sink into the sludge collecting zones under the action of gravity and reflow into the
reaction zone through the sludge reflowing pipes, and
sewage from which the sludge and the gas are removed rises into water collecting zones through the clear water gaps, so that full separation of gas, water and sludge phases is achieved; and the gas-liquid-
solid three-phase separator is simple in structure, novel and unique in design concept, high in gas-liquid-
solid separation performance, high in practicality and good in hydraulic condition, and can improve the operating stability and the operating efficiency of a three-phase reactor.
