flocculation mixed reaction segment B, the coalescence separation segment C, the coalescence separation segment D, the steady flow segment E and the water outlet segment F are arranged in a left-to-right order; the water segment is communicated with the
flocculation mixed reaction segment through a water inlet chamber, and grid flocculation is added in a flocculation cylinder, so
medicine mixing and reacting effects are improved through utilizing the grid flocculation reaction; and
sewage treated by the flocculation mixed reaction segment sequentially goes through the above two coalescence separation segments, oil comes up, mud sinks, and the treated
sewage goes through the steady flow segment, enters the water outlet segment and is discharged by a water outlet tube. The device has the advantages of no
oxygen exposure points because of tight pressure in the whole course, good separation effect because of the high treatment efficiency,
corrosion resistant filler, stable separation effect, adjustable inclined plate interval, convenient dismounting and recondition because of the
assembly type structure, occupied land saving because of the high integrated level, convenient operation because of the high
automation degree, and convenient construction and short period because of the prefabricated whole skid.
