Systems and methods convey a closure material into a catheter, e.g., to seal a puncture site in a blood vessel. The closure material comprises a mixture of first and second components, which, upon mixing, undergo a reaction to form solid closure material composition. The first component may be a lyophilized polyethylene glycol (PEG) material contained within a vial. The second component may be a buffered albumin solution plus water contained within a syringe. An applicator provides easy and effective mixing of the components and delivery of the mixture to the puncture site.

Embodiments may include a method of curtailing an output level of an EG system. The method may include receiving, at a processor, a first dynamic control signal. The first dynamic control signal may include an instruction to adjust an output level of an EG system to a first output level. The method may also include maintaining the output level of the EG system at the first output level for a predetermined period. The method may further include determining, by the processor, whether a second dynamic control signal is received during the predetermined period. If a second dynamic control signal is not received during the predetermined period, the method may include ramping down the output level at a predetermined rate after the predetermined period until a predetermined failsafe output level is achieved. The predetermined failsafe output level may be maintained until a third dynamic control signal is received by the processor.

The invention provides a distributed task unloading method based on cost efficiency. The method comprises the following steps: in each time slot, obtaining the position of each piece of user equipment, the productivity condition of each edge node server and a task needing to be executed by each piece of user equipment; as for a task operated by each piece of user equipment calculating energy consumption, time delay and calculation data volume which need to be consumed for locally executing and unloading the task to each edge node server in the user equipment; and obtaining the optimal execution scheme of the task with the highest cost efficiency under the condition of meeting the task delay requirement through comparison, and integrating the optimal execution schemes of all user equipmentto obtain the task unloading scheme of the system under the time slot. The optimal unloading decision of the system is determined by taking maximization of the cost efficiency of each user as a targetand considering the constraints of the computing power and the time delay. The algorithm provided by the invention can effectively improve the cost efficiency of the user and significantly reduce theenergy cost of the system.

A system and a method of electric power generation utilizing sea wave energy is disclosed. The invention consists of an underwater system where seawater flows through an underwater turbine which generates electric power. The waste water that passes through the turbine then flows into underwater tanks on the seabed. According to the invention, simultaneously, water is pumped out of the underwater tanks to the surface by mechanical devices located at the surface utilizing wave motion.

The energy scheduling method of the micro-grid supplied multi-cell wireless communication system comprises the steps of firstly defining a new efficiency metric, namely, cost efficiency, and modeling the micro-grid supplied multi-cell wireless communication system to obtain a cost efficiency optimization problem; then solving the optimization problem by utilizing Dinkelbach method and Lagrange dual decomposition method so as to obtain an energy scheduling scheme of the system; and finally realizing multi-cell communication of the system based on the energy scheduling strategy obtained through calculation. As an advanced convex optimization method is adopted for the design of transmitting power distribution of a base station in the micro-grid supplied multi-cell communication system, generated energy distribution of an electric generator in a micro-grid, battery charging and discharging quantity distribution in the micro-grid and an electric energy trading amount between the micro-grid and a main grid, the cost efficiency of the multi-cell communication system is increased while the requirement on the transmitting power of the base station is met, and expense of each unit is fully utilized.
