A layered coin separating device disclosed by the present invention comprises a coin separation mechanism, a coin stirring mechanism, a power and transmission device, a screening mechanism, a detecting and counting device, collection mechanisms, a rack and a chassis. The coin separation mechanism is a three-layer separation cylindrical mechanism and comprises three kinds of separation discs of thesame diameters, and circular holes are fully distributed on each separation disc to separate the coins of the corresponding diameters. The three discs are all connected with a motor via a gear and atransmission shaft, under the driving of the motor, rotate forward to separate the coins, and rotate reversely to export the coins to the screening mechanism for the second time separation, the detecting and counting device comprising an infrared sensor and a kinescope is installed at the tail of the screening mechanism, and the coins are counted by the detecting and counting device and then enterthe corresponding collection mechanisms respectively, so that the coins are separated. Compared with the prior art, the layered coin separating device of the present invention can efficiently separate the coins of one yuan, 50 fens and 10 fens that are used frequently in life, and has the characteristics of being fast in coin separation speed, high in accuracy, simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost.
