The system comprises a cell solution container, a cell culture solution container, a cell waste liquid container, a single cell container, a cell separation flow channel and a cell detection device. The cell separation flow channel comprises a bent liquid inlet flow channel I connected with a liquid inlet pipe I, a liquid inlet flow channel II connected with a liquid inlet pipe II, and a main flow channel converging the liquid inlet flow channel I and the liquid inlet flow channel II, the main flow channel is connected with a waste liquid pipe through a branch flow channel I, the main flow channel is connected with a liquid outlet pipe through a branch flow channel II, the liquid inlet pipe I is inserted into the cell solution container, the liquid inlet pipe II is inserted into the cell culture liquid container, and the waste liquid pipe is inserted into the cell waste liquid container; a three-way pipe, an injection valve and a nozzle are sequentially arranged on the liquid outlet pipe behind the liquid outlet valve; and the three-way pipe is connected with one end of the injection pipe, and the other end of the injection pipe is inserted into the cell culture solution container.
