algorithm function; 4, setting constraint conditions for the obtained multi-objective optimization
algorithm function; 5, performing multi-objective optimization calculation on the multi-objective optimization
algorithm function obtained in the step 3 by combining the obtained constraint conditions to obtain multiple offshore wind
turbine generator maintenance schemes with the shortest
downtime, the lowest maintenance cost and the lowest equipment
failure rate as indexes; according to the invention, the defects in the prior art are overcome, and the power
generation loss and the maintenance cost caused by shutdown are reduced to the maximum extent.
