According to the equipment, the spiralconveying rod can quickly convey asphalt downwards to damaged pavement needing to be supplemented with the asphalt, and the asphalt on the pavement can be rapidly flattened by the pressing roller andquickly cooled through the cooling circulation system arranged in the pressing roller, so that the asphalt is hardened.

The cement-based engineering material prepared in the invention has the advantages of good working performance, high early strength, greatly increased late strength, excellent mechanical performances and volume stability, high toughness, good mechanical performances and durability, and large practical application values.
