solid steel balls, the hollow steel plates, the hollow steel cylinders, the sand cushion layer, the vacuum device, the electro-osmosis device and the vacuum sealing film are installed; and vacuumizing,
sedimentation consolidation, electrifying, sedimentationconsolidation and vacuum consolidation are conducted. According to the prograding mudflat foundation reinforcing device and the construction method thereof, the
shear strength of soil and the bearingcapacity of a foundation are improved while it is guaranteed that the
sedimentation and the
sedimentation difference are within a control range, and the
water content is reduced.
