An environment-friendly porcelain tile made from sewage squeezing mud comprises main materials of 60-80% of sewage squeezing mud, 5-20% of quartz sand, 5-10% of spodumene, 5-10% of sodium sand, 3-8% of Zhongshan black mud, 0.3-0.5% of calgon, 0.1-0.3% of sodium citrate, and 0.2-0.3% of polyethylene glycol. The main raw materials comprise chemical components of, by weight, 63.6-67.6% of SiO2, 2.7-4.7% of CaO, 0.2-0.6% of P2O5, 14.6-19.6% of Al2O3, 0.9-1.1% of MgO, 0.78-1.0% of Li2O, 0-1.5% of Fe2O3, 2.0-5.0% of K2O, 0.1-0.5% of BaCO3, 0-0.5% of TiO2, 1.5-5.0% of Na2O and 4.5-7.5% of NaOH. The technology comprises steps of: sewage purifying treatment, squeezing mud entering the warehouse, ingredient ball milling, slurry detection, spray granulation, blank moulding, blank drying, glaze burdening, glaze grinding, glaze detection, glazing, high temperature sintering, detecting of physical and chemical performances, finished product sorting, finished product sampling observation and packaging for entering warehouse. In the invention, the two liquefaclents of calgon and sodium citrate and a blank material plasticizer polyethylene glycol are added 2 h before discharging form the mill.
