By means of the method, a cooperative effect of medium-pressure ultraviolet, peroxymonosulfate and chloramines fully works so that bacteria and microorganisms can be controlled in high efficiency and a reagent addition dosage and disinfection by-product can be reduced. Sustainability of disinfection and sterilization of water in a following water supply network can be ensured and drinking water safety can be ensured.
