The invention relates to a constant-temperature preparation method of semi-
solid structural
slurry of a die-casted aluminum
alloy billet. The method is characterized in that an
alloy billet is pre-formed by a die-
casting method, so that a dendritic structure can be effectively broken, and a primary phase with
fine grain size is obtained, and meanwhile, certain
distortion energy is reserved in thestructure; then the die-casted aluminum
alloy billet is heated to reach a
solid-liquid two-phase area and is subjected to constant-temperature semi-
solid heat treatment; the constant-temperature heattreatment time and the heat maintaining time are adjusted, and thus the ideal semi-solid
slurry can be obtained; the die-
casting process is adjusted, and the structure evolution parameters in the following constant-temperature semi-solid heat treatment process of the alloy billet are changed, and thus the die-casted billet
raw material for preparing the expected semi-solid alloy
slurry can be obtained; and then the die-casted alloy billet is heated to reach the solid-liquid two-phase area and is subjected to constant-temperature semi-solid heat treatment, and the constant-temperature heat treatment and the heat maintaining time can be adjusted, and thus the ideal semi-solid slurry can be obtained.
