The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a spunlaced nonwoven wall covering fabric. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: a) selecting dacron, opening the selected dacron through an opening
machine, uniformly mixing the opened dacron through a cotton mixing box, then
carding the mixed dacron through a
carding machine so as to form a
fiber cotton fleece of which lines are arrayed one by one and side by side, and performing three-dimensional mussy arraying on the carded
fiber cotton fleece; b) firstly enabling the
fiber cotton fleece to pass through a draw
machine, then enabling the fiber cotton fleece to pass through a high-pressure spunlace, and then successively performing vacuum
dewatering,
drying, high-temperature pressing and forming on the obtained fiber cotton fleece so as to form a base material layer; and c) uniformly stirring a high-temperature
foaming agent, aqueous PU, a color fixing agent and color paste so as to obtain a mixture, filtering the mixture to form paste, uniformly
coating and printing the paste on one smooth clean surface of the base material layer, then
coating a small quantity of a water-proof material and a small quantity of a
flame-retardant material on the paste, and finally enabling a foaming printing layer to be formed after circular net foaming treatments. The wall covering fabric prepared by the manufacturing method disclosed by the invention is firm to stick, good in air permeability and not liable to be mouldy.
