The invention discloses a medical stitching pulling buckle. The medical stitching pulling buckle comprises two substrates which are respectively adhered to the two sides of a skin wound and adopt the same structures; a pulling strip, a locking buckle and a bonding layer are arranged on each substrate, wherein each bonding layer is adhered to the bottom of the corresponding locking buckle, each locking buckle is arranged at the head of the corresponding pulling strip, and a downwards-inclined concave area is arranged on the side, facing the corresponding pulling strip, of each locking buckle. During use, the two substrates are adhered to the two sides of the wound through the bonding layers, the pulling strips of the substrates penetrates the locking buckles thereof mutually, and pulling forces are applied at the same time to lock the two substrates, so that the skin wound adhered to the lower parts of the substrates is stitched.
