The invention belongs to the technical field of auxiliary medical devices, and specifically relates to a noninvasive endotracheal cooling device applied to preservation of lungs from non-heart-beating donors. The device comprises two solenoid valves, a minitype membrane pump, two semiconductor refrigeration modules, a lung preserving fluid tank, a cooling water tank, a radiating coil tube, a fan, a water temperature controller and a water pump, and is divided into three systems, namely a low temperature aerating system, a low temperature lung preserving fluid supply system and a radiating system, wherein the low temperature aerating system carries out low temperature aeration in tracheae, the low temperature lung preserving fluid supply system supplies low temperature lung preserving fluid in the tracheae, and the radiating system carries out circulatory radiating on the two refrigeration modules. The noninvasive endotracheal cooling device can provide low temperature air with high flow capacity under the precondition of noninvasive operation, simultaneously feed high pressure low temperature lung preserving fluid into the tracheae, reduce the heat exchange coefficient, weaken unevenness of specific heat, quickly lower the temperature in the tracheae and the temperature of lungs, alleviate warm ischemia injury and improve the quality of donor lungs.
