In a method for rephasing a first spin system in a first slice with a first coherence curve and a second spin system of a second slice with a second coherence curve, in the generation of MR images with slice multiplexing, a first RF pulse deflects the spin system of the first slice and a second RF pulse deflects the spin system of the second slice. The beginning of the second RF pulse is time-shifted with respect to the beginning of the first RF pulse by a time period that is shorter than the duration of the first RF pulse. A rephasing correction impresses a correction phase on at least one of the spin systems, and signals of the spin systems are respectively detected. The coherence curves are rephased so detection of the signals occurs simultaneously.

This magnetic material of the present invention can generate a low temperature by using a relatively low magnetic field, by transferring the entropy between the electron spin system and the lattice system near the temperature at which an inflection point appears on the magnetization curve. Examples of the magnetic material meeting this condition are La(Fe,Si)13, (Hf,Ta)Fe2, (Ti,Sc)Fe2, and (Nb,Mo)Fe2, each containing 50 to 60 atomic % of transition metals such as Fe.

The invention relates to an NV color center gyro fluorescence collection system and in particular relates to a high-efficiency fluorescence detection device based on a solid-state spin system. The device comprises a 532 laser machine, wherein a polarizing film, a first convex lens, an acoustic optical modulator, a second convex lens and a fourth convex lens are sequentially arranged on a light path of the 532 laser machine; the fourth convex lens is directly opposite to a diamond; the diamond is arranged on a filter; the lower side of the filter is in contact with a photodiode; a prism reflector is arranged on the filter; the photodiode is connected with a lock-in amplifier; the lock-in amplifier is respectively connected with a PID (Proportion Integration Differentiation) controller and an acquisition card; the output end of the PID controller is connected with a microwave source; a signal source output end is respectively connected with the lock-in amplifier and the microwave source; and a radio frequency antenna is connected to the microwave source. According to the device disclosed by the invention, fluorescence side band collection is realized, the traditional confocal measurement method is replaced, the improved system structure is greatly simplified, the collection efficiency is greatly improved, and the device is very suitable for miniaturized installation and lays a foundation for later system integration.

A method and apparatus for producing a hyperpolarized sample material for use in an NMR investigation provides for a cryogenic region having a target material containing a first hyperpolarizable nuclear species, a second hyperpolarizable nuclear species, and a nuclear spin polarizing agent, wherein the first nuclear species has a higher magnetic moment than the second nuclear species. Microwave energy is used to excite electron spin transitions in the polarizing agent in the presence of a magnetic field. The first hyperpolarizable nuclear species is thereby caused to interact with the electron spin system in the polarizing agent and generate hyperpolarization of at least the first nuclear species of the target material. The target material is then subjected to a lowered magnetic field, wherein the lowered magnetic field facilitates polarization transfer by nuclear thermal mixing between the species to thereby hyperpolarize the second nuclear species.

A magnetic resonance method and system for generation of an optimized MR image of an examination subject operate as follows. A pulse sequence including a series of at least two RF pulses is radiated into the examination subject to generate at least one optimized signal, wherein the second and possibly every additional RF pulse is radiated before the effect of the first or a preceding RF pulse on the spin system in the examination subject has decayed. The radiated RF pulses are generated by parallel transmission coils. At least the signal resulting after the last radiated RF pulse of the pulse sequence is acquired. The pulse sequence is repeated with modified spatial coding until signals have been generated and acquired in a desired positional space. The optimized MR image per pulse sequence is calculated from at least one of the acquired signals.

The optical pump pumps the resonator structure using a short pulse of nanosecond duration, or a burst of approximately a millisecond in duration at relatively low instantaneous optical power, to excite said species of the gain medium into a spin-polarized two-level system that exhibits quantum oscillations in the microwave output power.
