The fast dynamic measurement of bandwidth in a TCP network environment utilizes a single pair of packets to calculate bandwidth between two entities on a network (such as the Internet). This calculation is based upon the packet-pair technique. This bandwidth measurement is extremely quick. On its journey across a network, communication devices may delay the packet pairs. In particular, TCP networks have two algorithms designed to delay some packets with the goal of increasing the overall throughput of the network. However, these algorithms effectively delay a packet pair designed to measure bandwidth. Therefore, they distort the measurement. These algorithms are Nagle and Slow Start. The fast dynamic measurement of bandwidth implements countermeasures to overcome the delays imposed by these algorithms. Such countermeasures include disabling the application of the Nagle Algorithm; minimizing the buffering of packets by sending a “push” packet right after the packet pair; and avoiding the Slow Start Algorithm by priming it with a dummy packet.

The two single valve assemblies are used for controlling on-off of propellant, and the function of opening or closing the valve is achieved through axial movement of the internal movingpart. Reliable sealing when the single valve assembly is closed is achieved by pressing and attaching an internal non-metal sealing piece to the metal base. The two single valve assemblies are connected in series and fixedly welded, and the inlet connector is used for being connected with an upstream pipeline and further used for containing the filter screen assembly. The filter screen assembly isused for preventing excess materials in the working medium from entering the inner cavity of the valve; the outlet connector is used for being connected with a downstream engine. The orifice plate isused for adjusting the flow of the propellant. By means of the structural design, the kinematic pair design, the magnetic circuit design and the sealing pair design, the requirements for high sealingreliability, multiple action times, long service life, light weight and quick response can be met.

dCAPS (derived cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence) primer pair for assisting in judging first female node and first male node of pumpkin and application of dCAPS primer pair

The invention discloses an SNP molecular marker 32622 and a molecular marker 63349 which are closely linked with QTL (quantitative trait loci) of a first female node and a first male node of a pumpkinand application of the molecular markers. The located QTL have a significant incidence relation with the quantitative trait (p is smaller than 0.05), the contribution rate is relatively high, the interpretation probability of the molecular marker 32622 is 26.5%, and the interpretation probability of the molecular marker 63349 is 21.9%; and through the two molecular markers, the heights of the first female node and the first male node of the pumpkin can be respectively predicted. A dCAPS primer pair designed according to the molecular markers can be applied to the improved molecular-assisted breeding of pumpkin varieties in a simple, rapid and high-throughput manner, provides molecular-assisted selection technology support for the realization of the early identification and screening of the traits of the first female node and the first male node of the pumpkin, and greatly shortens the time of traditional gene localization; and after verification, the predicted accuracy rates of the first female node and the first male node of a plant are 77% and 83% respectively.
