An orthogonal electrical coupling relies on electromagnetic coupling for the inner connection, as opposed to direct contact between conductors. A second conductor is on the opposite side of the ground plane from the first conductor. Non-contact control method of bionic manipulator based on learning of hand motion gestures

The invention provides a non-contact control method for controlling a five-finger bionic manipulator through learning hand motion gestures and belongs to the field of intelligent control. According to the method, a three-dimensional hand modeling method with adaptivity is proposed, motion gestures of all joint points of a hand of a control worker are tracked according to a three-dimensional hand model, and a corresponding relationship between the motion gestures of the hand and action commands of the manipulator is established with a mapping algorithm, so that the control worker controls the five-finger manipulator in a natural mode. Under the condition of utilization of RGB-D images, the three-dimensional hand model is established to describe pose parameters of the joints of the hand, an improved APSO (adaptive particle swarm optimization) algorithm is proposed to solve the pose parameters, the rate of convergence of solution of high-dimensional parameters is effectively increased, limitation of wearable devices such as data gloves and the like is avoided, and the defects that a conventional control method based on a sensor can only acquires poses of part of joints of the hand and cannot be applicable to a bionic multi-fingered hand with high degree of freedom are overcome.

The invention discloses a method for improving respiratory rate detection accuracy, comprising the following steps of: preprocessing respiratory data by utilizing high pass and low pass filtering; then carrying out empirical mode decomposition on the preprocessed respiratory data; subsequently, selecting a natural mode function obtained by the decomposition according to the physiological feature of a respiratory signal; then carrying out choking judgment on the obtained natural mode function by utilizing a method of getting the absolute value and solving the average; and if the choking judgment condition is not satisfied, figuring out the respiratory rate at the time by utilizing a wave form method or a frequency spectrum method. By adopting the technical scheme, the respiratory signal can be effectively extracted from respiratory waves of dysphoria interference and heartbeat interference. The invention relates to an in-plane-control-based active vibration control method for a wrinkled film. On the basis of the analysis on the influence on dynamic characteristics of a film structure bya wrinkle form, a dynamic model of a wrinkled film is established; according to a modal superposition method, a space vector based on a natural mode of vibration is obtained and dynamic models of thewrinkled film under different loads are established; condensation polymerization is carried out on the dynamic models according to contributions to system vibration deformation by all orders of modes,so that a control-oriented film structural dynamic model is established; and with a model reference adaptive controller, a PID-MRAC control method based on in-plane-control multi-model switching is proposed. According to the method provided by the invention, no actuator needs to be pasted on the surface of the film; the out-of-plane vibration of the film is suppressed effectively; the characteristics of the film are not affected; the high stability of the film structure is ensured; and compared with the conventional PID control method, the in-plane-control-based active vibration control method enables the vibration time to be shortened by about 39.7%.

An electric arc heats a molten pool, the dimension of the molten pool is gradually increased; meanwhile, a laser beam splitter emits multiple array lasers which are irradiated on the molten pool and provided with impact force with a certain frequency for the molten pool; the impact force leads to the amplitude change of the molten pool and causes the change of arc length and arc voltage, and changing curve of the arc voltage is collected by an oscilloscope; when the natural mode shape of the motel pool is consistent with the acting frequency of the array laser, the molten pool generates resonance oscillation, and its amplitude is the biggest, the voltage change amplitude is also the biggest, and the molten pool is grown up to the predetermined dimension; a computer control system controls the fusion penetration of a welding line in real time according to the voltage changing amplitude. The array laser impulse frequency is 1-1000 Hz. Through the array laser frequency, dimension of the resonated molten pool is determined, namely, the dimension of the molten pool is controlled through selecting the array laser frequency, and thus the fusion penetration of the welding line is controlled. Compared with the existing molten pool shock excitation method, the fusion penetration control method is high in precision, and good in stability and repeatability.
