Through optimizing, the optimum expression conditions are determined as follows: methanol concentration is 1.0%, fermentation time is 96h, and the yield is 45.5 microgram / mL. The result of bacteriostasis experiments shows that the recombinant antibacterial peptide has an obvious inhibition effect on both staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis 151-1.
