Problems solved by technology

For a long time, the seedlings of thick-shelled mussels have relied on wild collection and a small amount of natural attached seedlings. The number of seedlings can neither meet the needs of breeding, nor fluctuate greatly.
After long-term research, the key technology of thick-shelled mussel seed breeding has been broken through, but there is still the defect of low survival rate of juvenile mussels in the process of preservation of seedlings in the sea

Embodiment Construction

[0011] The invention discloses a method for artificially preserving seedlings of thick-shelled mussels, which firstly carries out temporary cultivation in the early stage and then wraps the seedlings.

[0012] 1. Preliminary care:

[0013] 250 million spat, size 1.8~2.3mm, put 20,000 spat in each mesh bag and put them into 40-mesh nylon mesh bags with a size of 30 cm×40 cm. Take 10 bags as a hanging, and each hanging is hung on the buoy with a polyethylene rope with a diameter of 0.4cm and a length of 3m. Afterwards, the mud and other attachments on the outside of the seedling bag are often gently cleaned to keep the water flowing in the seedling bag and ensure normal growth. One month later, when the size of the spat reaches 4±0.4mm, the seedlings are gradually separated for encapsulation.

[0014] 2. Pack seedlings:

[0015] (1) Treat the scallop seedlings first, that is, disperse the scallop seedlings that are attached to each other, and wash away the floating mud and ha...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for artificially protecting the seedlings of the mytilus coruscus. The method comprises the following steps of: putting the juvenile mytilus coruscus into a net piece bag in the early temporary cultivation, suspending the net piece bag into the sea water with the depth of 3+ / -0.4m, and leading the net piece bag to have no adherent sludge and the other attachments; dispersing the mytilus coruscus seedlings which are adhered to one another after the temporary cultivation, washing off the floating sludge out of the mytilus coruscus seedlings and the harmful livingbeings, and packing the seedlings, wherein the density is thick rather than overlapping, and the pressure of the net piece to the juvenile seedlings is controlled such that the juvenile seedlings arenot accumulated in the net piece bag when the seedlings are packed; and removing the net piece after the seedlings are packed, continuously performing the later temporary cultivation, and harvesting the seedlings after the temporary cultivation. The method for artificially protecting the seedlings of the mytilus coruscus is preformed in the sea water with a proper depth, and leads the juvenile seedlings to grow in the environment which is smooth in water flow and small in sludge and miscellaneous algae disoperation by measures, so that the survival rate is more than 50%, specifically the survival rate is improved by at least 8% compared with the prior art.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for artificially preserving seedlings of thick-shelled mussels, which belongs to the technical field of farming fish in agriculture, which is necessary for human life. Background technique [0002] Mussels belong to the phylum Molluscs, Phallobranches, Mytilidae, Mytilidae, and the genus Mytilus. They are marine bivalve molluscs. The valleys are called Qingkou and Haihong. Nutritional value, but also has good medicinal and therapeutic effects. Edible mussels produced along the coast of China mainly include blue mussels, thick-shelled mussels and emerald mussels. Among them, thick-shelled mussels are large in size, good in nutrition and high in value. There has been a history of collecting wild seedlings for many years for cultivation. For a long time, the seedlings of mussels have relied on wild collection and a small amount of natural attached seedlings. The number of seedlings cannot meet the needs of breeding, and...
