A trigger is incorporated with said nozzle so as to allow the user to alternatively release the pressurized fluid or stop the flow of said fluid. The nozzle may be incorporated on the handlebars or steering mechanism of the vehicle such that the fluid is released in the direction the vehicle is facing. A safety valve is also provided for the storage tanks to prevent the generation of dangerous pressure level.
