The micro-fluidic chip is simple in structure and convenient to use, the pneumatic micro valves are utilized for making the liquid storage pools and the reaction pools independent, mutual
pollution of liquid among the reaction pools is avoided, the precision of a sample amount is improved, and reliability of detection results is guaranteed.
