The invention discloses a biological organic fertilizer which is prepared by the following steps: grinding, mixing, fermenting, screening, drying and granulating raw materials such as excrements of livestock, mushroom residues, bagasse, tobacco powder, high-quality active lactobacillus plantarum, saccharomyces cerevisiae and bacillus megatherium. The effective content values of the various components in the organic fertilizer are as follows: more than or equal to 6% of NPK, more than or equal to 40 million effective living bacteria per gram, and 40% of organic matters, wherein the NPK is the percentage composition of elements nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the organic fertilizer. The organic fertilizer disclosed by the invention is a biological organic fertilizer, contains the elements nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium needed by growth of general crops, further contains organic matters, microbial active bacteria, humic acid, medium trace elements such as magnesium, calcium, boron, zinc and copper and the like needed by plant growth and soil improvement, and is capable of effectively enhancing disease resistance and prevention and cold resistance properties of crops, flowersand fruit trees.
