The invention discloses a combined remediation method for radioactive contaminated soil. The combined remediation method comprises the following remediation steps: step 1, pre-oxidizing ozone; step 2, adding a composite additive which comprises nano titanium dioxide, cerium oxide, molybdenum oxide, boric acid, silica gel, diatomite, ammonium molybdate, nano manganese dioxide, zinc oxide and ferrous oxide, turning over, carrying out UV-irradiation, alternatively turning over once, shading ultraviolet light, and placing while ventilating at the room temperature; step 3, spraying a microbial strain liquid which comprises staphylococcus pasteuri, clostridium butyricum and cellulomonas flavigena, and controlling soil humidity and a soil temperature; and step 4, adding a compound fertilizer, turning over, planting clovers and pennisetum sinese seedlings, and harvesting the grown-up clovers and pennisetum sinese seedlings. The combined remediation method provided by the invention is good in remediation effect on cesium and iodine radioactive contaminated soil. Cesium and iodine radioactive contaminants of the remediated soil are greatly reduced, so that remediation and control on large-area radioactive contaminated soil can be met.
