The efficient composite organic matter decomposing inoculant is prepared by mixing the following components in percentage by volume: 30% of Cellulomonas flavigena zymophyte solution, 30% of Bacillus stearothermophilus zymophyte solution and 40% of Bacillus subtilis zymophyte solution.
