The invention discloses a process for producing micromolecule hemepeptide,
heme iron and
plasma proteins by using duck blood as a
raw material. The micromolecule hemepeptide, the
heme iron and the
plasma proteins which have the physiological activity in the specific molecular
weight range are researched and developed by integrating an anti-freezing and antioxidation technology, a cold and heat temperature varying alternation technology, a dynamic ultrahigh pressure technology, a phase enzymolysis technology, an enzymolysis supernate decoloration technology, a membrane
fractionation technology and a
spray drying technology and by using by-products, namely the duck blood obtained through
processing of meat duck as the
raw material. According to the micromolecule hemepeptide which is obtained by the production process, the average
peptide chain length is 2.9 to 3.5
amino acid residues, the molecular
weight distribution range is 1,000 to 3,000d, and the content of small peptides is more than or equal to 35 percent; according to the
heme iron, the
protein content is more than or equal to 80 percent, the heme content is more than or equal to 15 percent, and the
iron content is 2.0 to 2.5 percent; and according to the
plasma proteins, the
protein content is more than or equal to 85 percent, and the
solubility is more than or equal to 95 percent. By the process, the duck blood resources are utilized comprehensively and efficiently, and
pollutant discharge in the production process can be avoided.
