The invention relates to cultivation and application of huabei all-female No. 2 variety of an all-female huabei type cucumber, which belong to the field of biotechnology breeding. The cultivation comprises the steps of: crossing all-female European greenhouse type cucumber EC1 with hermaphrodite huabei type cucumber P02, backcrossing the obtained F1 with the PO2, selecting all-female single plants from the backcross generation and performing continuous backcross with the hermaphrodite huabei type cucumber P02 to generate four generations; selecting the all-female single plants from BC4F1 to perform selfing; selecting the all-female single plants from BC4F2 to perform continuous selfing; and finally, selecting the all-female plants from BC4F3 and allowing the cucumbers of the plants to perform mixed pollination to obtain a new all-female huabei type cucumber variety, namely huabei all-female No.2 variety which grows quickly and has excellent quality and high yield. An all-female cucumber variety with high seed purity and relatively strong hybrid vigor can be obtained by crossing the cucumbers of the huabei all-female No.2 variety and the commonly cultivated cucumbers.

Provided is a production management technique capable of achieving double-season fruiting of grapes. The technique comprises the specific steps of: in the early spring of each year, pruning the grapes, and performing dormancy breaking and sprouting on branches and buds so as to promote early sprouting, flowering and fruiting of the grapes; timely pruning grape trees whose fruit is harvested in a first season, and performing secondary sprouting and flower forcing on the grape trees so as to promote secondary flowering and fruiting of the grape trees, wherein a dormancy breaking sprouting agentis a novel and efficient reagent which is composed of a cyanamide aqueous solution, gibberellin and super-absorbent resin. In order to achieve high and stable yield of double-season grapes, in addition to fertilizer application according to a conventional method, novel solid nutrient-liquid fertilizer which comprises KOMIX organic humic acid active fertilizer, a water-retaining agent and water isapplied to the grape trees during the production management, and in order to achieve stable production and high quality of twice fruiting of the grapes, optimized selection, matching and scientific application are performed on selection and application of foliar fertilizer.
