structural material. The material is composed of a cold-resistant layer, a heat-insulating material and an interior trimming layer, wherein the cold-resistant layer is composed of a cold-resistant long-glass-
fiber reinforced cold-resistant resin material, and the outer surface of the cold-resistant layer is coated with alayer of high-cold-resistance
coating; the interior trimming layer consists of a base fabric layer, a supporting layer, a cold-resisting layer and a
surface layer, the base fabric layer is a mesh nonwoven layer, the supporting layer is a
polyurethane foam layer, the cold-resisting layer is a polyether
polyol layer, the
surface layer is a
polycarbonate layer, and the upper part of the surface layeris provided with a waterborne
polycarbonate polyurethane resin surface treatment layer; and a sealed vacuum structure is located between the cold-resistant layer and the interior trimming layer, theinterior of the sealed vacuum structure is filled with a
thermal insulation material, and the
thermal insulation material is composed of low-thermal-
conductivity vacuum insulation boards. The vacuum nesting type high-efficiency cold-resistant
structural material disclosed by the invention adopts a vacuum nesting type cold-resistant structure, heat insulation is greatly isolated due to a double-layer vacuum structure, and the
internal temperature stability is kept; the surface adopts the cold-resistant layer, and at the same time, the cold-resisting layer is arranged inside, thus the cold-resistant temperature of the cold-resistant layer can reache -40 DEG C to -20 DEG C, and the structure can be served in an alpine environment.
