ion generator is installed on the air outlet. The negative pressure pump is a pneumatic pump. The dust collection box is installed at the
tail end of the filter, and is formed by an upward bending channel, a dust collection cavity and a gas outlet. The gas outlet is provided with a filter screen. The
control switch is formed by a pneumatic
electromagnetic valve and a proximity switch. The dust remover is linked with a pedal of the sewing device. The dust remover of the sewing device is capable of not only absorbing the
large particle of the dust, but also depositing the
small particle of the dust, and completely solving the dust problem of a sewing workshop. The
energy consumption is low, a lot of negative ions good for the
human body are produced at the same time, and the dust remover has a humidification function, so the workshop
working environment is improved.
