The invention provides a refrigerating
system with
oil cooling compression circulation and air supplementing
enthalpy increasing circulation. The refrigerating
system comprises a compressor, an oil separator, a first
heat exchanger, a second
heat exchanger, a flash
vaporization device, a first throttling device, a second throttling device, a third throttling device and an
oil cooling pipe which are connected through a pipeline. Air supplementing
enthalpy increasing circulation is formed by the compressor, the oil separator, the first
heat exchanger, the first throttling device, the flash
vaporization device, the second throttling device and the second heat exchanger.
Oil cooling compression circulation is formed by the compressor, the oil separator, the
oil cooling pipe and the third throttling device. Heat exchanging is conducted between the oil
cooling pipe and the flash
vaporization device. Oil in a mixture (oil and
refrigerant) at an exhaust port of the compressor ranges from 0 percent to 50 percent, and the
mass percent of the
oil can be adjusted. The oil spraying amount can be increased, compression heat can be effectively absorbed through the oil cooling compression process, the exhaust temperature of the compressor is reduced, and the isentropic efficiency and the isovolumetric efficiency of the compressor are improved. By means of combination with air supplementing
enthalpy increasing circulation,
refrigerant flash vaporization of the flash vaporization device is used for cooling oil, an oil cooling
system is simplified, and the performance of oil cooling compression circulation is improved.
