The invention discloses
graphene-based waterborne gravure ink. The
graphene-based waterborne gravure ink is prepared from components in percentage by
mass as follows: 3%-10% of conductive filler, 0.5%-10% of waterborne resin, 2.5%-40% of water-soluble resin, 2.5%-40% of aqueous
emulsion, 0.1%-1% of a dispersing agent, 1%-5% of auxiliaries and 44%-89.9% of an alcohols
solvent. The invention further provides a preparation method. The preparation method comprises technological steps as follows: (1),
graphene, the dispersing agent, conductive
carbon black and waterborne resin are added to a double-
planet type stirrer and mixed, a mixture is dispersed, and a pre-dispersion solution is obtained; (2), water-soluble resin, the aqueous
emulsion, and the auxiliaries are added to the pre-dispersion solution and stirred uniformly, and a finished product is obtained. According to the graphene-based waterborne gravure ink, environmental
pollution caused by traditional
solvent type gravure ink is prevented, the waterborne gravure ink develops in order to achieve the advantages of being non-combustible and non-toxic, having less smell,
high color emissivity, clear text and complete network and meeting the rapid printing requirement, and the application range is widened.
