The invention discloses a method for creating a common maize inbred-line by introducing teosintes in a maize cultivated specie, belonging to a method for creating maize breeding materials in
crop breeding. The method integrates multiple technologies of creating the common maize inbred line, comprising the following steps: step 1, environment variation: giving only 12 hours of illumination everyday in an artificial
darkroom to let teosintes and the maize cultivated specie flower in the same period; step 2, introduction of hybridization: according to a routine hybridization bagging method, using the cultivated specie as the female parent and the teosintes as the male parent to hybridize; step 3,
backcrossing improvement: using the female parent cultivated specie corresponding to F1 as the female parent, taking F1 mixed
pollen to backcross with the female parent to obtain BC1 seeds,
sowing the BC1 seeds, taking BC1 mixed
pollen to carry out secondary backcross with the female parent to obtain
backcrossing second generation (BC2) seeds; step 4, pedigree breeding:
sowing the BC2 seeds, preferably individual plants, carrying out continuous
inbreeding of more generations to obtain a stable inbred-line; and step 5, using the stable inbred-line as the female parent,

pollen to hybridize, planting and identifying the hybridized combinations, and comparing and screening excellent combinations.
